Terrence Bnu

Terence is a Nationally Certified Mental Health Counselor (NCC), Master of the Art of Counseling (MAC), and Master Conflict Resolution Specialist. He has experience training counselors and clients on the science and art of psychological flexibility (PF) in order to improve mindfulness, self-care and address addictions, anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, obsessions, internal conflict and conflict with other parties and other mental disorders. Psychological Flexibility is the objective of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a Mindfulness Based Third Wave Therapy. As a psychotherapist, Terence is leading the development of an affiliate group for the Association of Contextual Behavior Science whose purpose is to improve the capacity of regional members at developing and spreading psychological flexibility.

Baye Muhammad

Baye Muhammad Commissioner of Neighborhood and Business Development City of Rochester, NY. Baye is responsible for overseeing a $23 million budget which includes Community Development Block Grant funding from from HUD. The Department of Neighborhood and Business Development includes, Buildings and Zoning, Business and Housing Development, Planning and four Neighborhood Service Centers.

David Muhammad

David Muhammad is a leader in the fields of criminal justice, violence prevention, and youth development. Mr. Muhammad is the Executive Director of the National Institute for Criminal Justice Reform (NICJR).

David Muhammad has worked on justice reform initiatives throughout the country, including extensive engagement with several California probation departments as a trainer and technical assistance provider and he currently serves as the federal court appointed monitor of the Illinois state prison system.

Tracy Williams

Tracy L. Williams, founder of the TLW Group Inc, is a social entrepreneur, real estate investor and author. He graduated from R.I.T. with a BA in marketing and economics.
The TLW Group Inc. is a Rochester based real estate company dedicated to improving the urban living experience. Tracy’s dedication to improving the urban living experience is apparent in the Wealth In Real Estate (W.I.R.E.) seminar that he currently teaches. It’s a real estate investment seminar that centers on social entrepreneurship and landlord responsibility.

Dr. Alim Muhammad

(Fuad El Amin MD)
40 years of experience as a physician, Dr. Alim is a graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Medicine 1975. At Harlem Hospital/Columbia University he was in general surgery 1980-1981.
